# Tax Resource Management Specialist

This position partners closely with business leaders, Human Resources, and employees to support effective staffing, utilization, workload balancing, and workforce planning.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance business demands with employee development and career goals.
