Role: VP, Corporate Partnership Sales Description: Big Top Events is looking for a strategic and results-oriented sales professional who will be in charge of new partnership revenue for Forward Madison FC, Rally Madison FC, and all other Breese Stevens Field events, including national touring concerts. This candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and have a track record of creating solution-focused partnerships. Responsibilities Drive new sponsorship revenue for Forward Madison FC, Rally Madison FC, Breese Stevens Field and the club's academy programs through proactive outreach, relationship development, and strategic prospecting. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing partnership agreements. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a consistent focus on achieving individual revenue targets. Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Club inventory related to Forward Madison FC, Rally Madison FC, Breese Stevens Field and the Academy. Lead and develop other corporate partnership sales and activation staff members. Represent the Club at a minimum of four community or networking events per month. Work with the partnership activation team to create contracts and custom corporate partnership proposals tailored to the prospective partners’ objectives. Work with different departments, specifically marketing, to create new asset inventory that promotes the brands in a positive manner while supporting the goals of prospective partners. Work with other departments to ensure that all contracted partnership elements are properly executed and exceed the customer’s expectations. When presenting to a customer, cover partnership and ticket options based on the customer’s needs. Utilize a CRM system to manage sales pipeline, track communications, and report on progress. Provide management oversight of seasonal and intern staff and potentially full-time activation or marketing/ community staff members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Significant experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, or revenue generation within professional sports, entertainment, media, or related industries. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales goals. Strong understanding of solution-based selling. Experience developing relationships with company decision-makers. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and the event schedule requires.
