Job Description Prepare and publish job advertisements for blue-collar and white-collar positions, Manage candidate applications, including screening, interview coordination, and overall process follow-up, Analyze recruitment channel performance and implement improvement actions, Plan and manage recruitment channels such as job portals, agencies, and social media, Take an active role in employer branding activities such as career events, fairs, and university collaborations, Contribute to content creation and social media planning processes, Coordinate employee events and communication activities.including announcements, events, and content flow, Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and organizational projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 1–3 years of experience prefably production enviroment in similar positions, Good command of English, Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus, Analytical mindset, result-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environment.
