# Physical Therapist - Full Time

Job Summary: Develops and implements treatment programs to enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include: Conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment and discharge plans, providing therapy interventions, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and supervising assigned assistants. Qualifications And Skills Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensed in practice state CPR/BLS certification Preferred: two years of Physical Therapy experience Key requirements: Complete evaluations, utilize appropriate clinical techniques, communicate treatment plans, and perform other related duties as assigned. Additional Information: Must adhere to organizational vaccination requirements and participate in E-Verify. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care within a community-focused healthcare environment.
