Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full Time Location: On Site in Fraser, MI Reports To: Customer Service Team Lead Job Description: We are North America’s leading painted to match automotive body parts manufacturer, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, positive, and customer focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Fraser, MI! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with their orders, answering product and shipping questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. We’re looking for hardworking, detail oriented individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly Schedule Options: Monday • Thursday: 9 AM • 7 PM, Friday: OFF OR Monday • Friday: 9 AM • 5 PM Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and all messaging platforms. Assist customers with order placement, product questions, order status updates, and shipping information. Resolve customer issues related to damaged parts, shipping delays, returns, and warranty claims. Process order adjustments, cancellations, refunds, and replacements as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve order fulfillment issues. Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Identify common customer issues and communicate insights to leadership to help improve processes. Maintain a professional and positive customer experience across all interactions.
