# Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist West Columbia, SC Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based Build Campaigns. Grow the Brand. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our West Columbia office and help bring marketing initiatives from idea to execution. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working on campaigns, understanding customer audiences, and finding practical ways to increase brand awareness. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing projects while working closely with the team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, events, and customer-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives based on business priorities. Assist with developing campaign concepts, promotional ideas, and customer engagement activities. Research customer audiences, local markets, competitors, and emerging trends. Coordinate marketing materials and resources needed for upcoming campaigns. Support promotional events and in-person marketing activities. Help manage campaign calendars, deadlines, and project deliverables. Work with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule. Track campaign activity, customer engagement, and other relevant marketing information. Gather feedback and insights to help improve future campaigns and promotional strategies. Contribute fresh ideas for increasing brand visibility and creating stronger customer connections. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, promotions, communications, events, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with an interest in developing new marketing ideas. Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects at once. Comfortable researching information and turning it into practical ideas. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Confident working in a collaborative, office-based environment. Comfortable using standard office and marketing software. What’s Important We’re looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded, organised, and ready to get involved. You should enjoy understanding what connects with customers, developing new ideas, and seeing a campaign move from the planning stage into action.
