The Experience You’ll Create Assist with the month-end close process Support monthly and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations Perform daily bank reconciliations Generate ad hoc reports using accounting software as requested Contribute to special projects and process improvements initiatives Respond to information requests and assist with internal and external audits Collaborate with team members inside and outside the department Ingredients For Thriving Minimum of 1
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience, which could include internships or more junior accounting roles. Proficiency with accounting software and strong Excel skills Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills with a focus on details Demonstrates a strong drive and ambition to achieve results. Motivated to learn new processes, adapt to change and readily accepts coaching and feedback to support both professional development and organizational goals.
