Junior Estimator (Industrial HVAC/Sheet Metal) | Matthews, NC | Direct Hire | $70K-$80K We're seeking a Junior Estimator to join a growing industrial construction team in Matthews, NC . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estimating while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Responsibilities: ✅ Review RFQs, RFPs, drawings, specifications, and bid documents ✅ Perform material and labor takeoffs ✅ Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing ✅ Assist with project estimates, cost analysis, and bid preparation ✅ Develop relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors ✅ Support large-scale industrial HVAC and sheet metal construction projects Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field plus 1+ year of industrial HVAC/sheet metal estimating experience , OR ✔ 3+ years of industrial HVAC/sheet metal estimating experience ✔ Ability to read blueprints and construction documents ✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ✔ Experience with QuickPen or similar estimating software is a plus Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 Type: Direct Hire Location: Matthews, NC (onsite)
