This includes recognizing patterns across cases and deciding what action prevents them from recurring. Owning resolutions end to end. You will identify the issue, decide what action to take, and carry it through, whether that means correcting the payment yourself or looping in others. Communicating your reasoning clearly. Your work will guide customers, suppliers, and teammates toward a resolution they can understand and act on.   Who You Are We are looking for broadly skilled, resourceful, and talented people to join our team. Whether you’re an archaeologist, engineer, business student, or thespian, people from a range of backgrounds are successful at McMaster-Carr.
