Job Summary Shambaugh & Son is looking for an Administrative Assistant, responsible for various office duties to ensure the efficient and professional running of the business. #shambaugh Essential Duties & Responsibilities Grow in a career and work closely with a cohesive team. Absorb the required training provided for you to be successful and thrive in this role. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Provide information to callers or take and relay messages, as needed. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Support Service Team as needed with overflow duties. Support sales team by preparing bid documents, printing drawings, and following up with customers as needed. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Plan / organize office gatherings as requested. Other duties assigned. Qualifications Proficiency in computer usage and electronically organized. Efficient with work duties while carrying a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
