# Overseas Parts Management Specialist

As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will be directly responsible for aftermarket business development within your designated region, enhancing parts market share through professional technical support and sales strategies: 1. Parts Sales & Market Development: Responsible for the sales of genuine parts and aftermarket services for construction machinery (including excavators, loaders, cranes, and rotary drilling rigs) within the assigned region. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit end-users and dealers to establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships. Identify parts needs of existing customers and dealers through opportunity analysis. 3. Technical Consultation & Support: Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing professional parts selection recommendations and alternative solutions based on equipment operating conditions. Handle after-sales technical inquiries. 4. Market Intelligence Gathering: Monitor competitive dynamics, competitor information, and customer feedback within the region. Provide data support for the company's sales strategy development. 5. Order & Process Management: Responsible for quotation, order follow-up, delivery coordination, and accounts receivable collection. Proficiently use CRM systems to document sales activities. 6. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with warehousing, logistics, and repair workshop teams to ensure timely parts delivery and customer satisfaction.
