Location: Wilmington, MA Compensation: $27–$31/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Openings: 2 Work Arrangement: Fully onsite About The Opportunity A well-established technical sales and distribution organization is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join its growing team in Wilmington, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals who enjoy problem-solving, managing orders, and building their knowledge of technical products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal sales and technical teams to manage orders from initial quote through delivery. You'll develop expertise in a specialized product line while helping ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and electronic ordering systems, including requests for quotes, order placement, inventory availability, and delivery updates. Process customer orders and quotes accurately while managing the order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment. Develop product knowledge to better understand customer needs and provide effective support. Coordinate with sales and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates. Maintain accurate records of orders, quotes, certifications, and related documentation. Identify and help address order entry errors and customer service concerns. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, order management, or related experience. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial supply, or a technical product environment is a plus. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage a high volume of orders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn technical products and develop specialized product knowledge. Associate or bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
