Qualifications: Graduated from related fields of universities At least 5 years of experience in security management in the retail sector, total of 10 years of experience in security Experienced in CCTV systems management and security management Good knowledge of MS Office programmes Knowledge of security and risk management issues Leadership and team management skills Good communication and problem solving skills Analytical thinking and careful No travel restrictions Fluent in English Job Description: Creating and implementing the security strategies of the stores To provide recruitment, training and management of CCTV and store security team To work in co-operation with and supervise security-related business partners Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of in-store security systems and procedures To respond to security incidents quickly, effectively and fairly Preparing and analysing security reports Taking precautions against theft, fraud and other security threats To prepare and implement emergency plans Taking an active role in internal audit processes and writing reports Reporting periodically to the global team To ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies Experienced in Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management In our journey which is driven with our goal of becoming the first choice as the trustedretailer for tailored solutions in a tech-driven world, we are growing rapidly with more than 100 stores today in Turkey.
