Registered Nurse - Cardiac and Nephrology Medical-Surgical

Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg RN provides high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients with complex cardiac and renal conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing care plans. Administer medications and therapeutic treatments safely and accurately. Interpret cardiac and renal monitoring data and respond to clinical changes. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physicians and allied health teams. Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care. Maintain strict safety practices, infection control, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced MedSurg setting. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure with experience in MedSurg nursing. Strong knowledge of cardiac and renal conditions and related treatments. Ability to assess patients, interpret monitoring information, and prioritize care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills. Commitment to safety, infection prevention, and high-quality charting.
