İzmit fabrikamızda İdari İşler bölümünde çalışmak üzere “İdari İşler Sorumlusu” ekip arkadaşı aramaktayız. GENEL NİTELİKLER Üniversitelerin lisans bölümlerinden mezun, Microsoft Office ve SAP uygulamalarını iyi kullanan, İletişim becerileri kuvvetli, Plan yapma, takip ve kontrol etme süreçlerine hakim, Benzer pozisyonlarda minimum 5 yıl tecrübeli, Tercihen İngilizce bilen, İzmit’de ikamet eden. GÖREV TANIMI İdari İşler kapsamındaki tüm hizmetleri yönetmek ve yürütmek, Resmi kurum işlemlerini takip etmek, Şirket araçlarının kiralama, bakım, sigorta işlerini gerçekleştirmek, Servis, yemekhane, güvenlik gibi hizmetleri yürütmek ve bu hizmetlerin işleyişini takip etmek, Çalışanların iş kıyafetlerinin ve sosyal yardımların dağıtımlarını organize etmek.
