Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Belvoir Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks across our commercial properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, possesses strong troubleshooting skills, and can work independently while delivering excellent customer service to our tenants. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. • Perform repairs and maintenance of general building systems. • Maintain grounds and common spaces, cleanup and trash management. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management. • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity. • Work with property management and maintenance lead to schedule and complete preventive maintenance tasks. • Assist with renovations and improvements as needed. • Provide exceptional service to tenants and property owners. Qualifications: • Finish carpenter • Experience in property maintenance or a related field. • Strong general handyman skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
