# Call Center Agent - Technology & Software

Role: Call Center Agent Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers Resolve technical and service-related issues Provide support across multiple channels using CRM and knowledge base tools Follow scripts and compliance standards to ensure quality service Document interactions and resolutions accurately Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM and support tools Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Key Duties: Deliver exceptional customer support, maintain high-quality service standards, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
