The Company is in a high-growth phase, with an expanding pipeline of projects across key U.S. markets.About the Role: The Development Pillar is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Development strategy, specifically focusing on the lifecycle orchestration and strategic data management that drives our data center projects.  The Analyst will be the central point of contact for data integrity, responsible for the aggregation, and management of critical project datasets that enable cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Data Creation: Develop, maintain, and refine analytical models and tracking tools to support project feasibility and execution. Support standardized reporting structures to track project progress, from acquisition through to stabilization. Create dashboards and datasets that articulate project status and funding requirements for leadership reviews. Data Collation: Serve as a key aggregator for inputs across Commercial, Construction, Power, Water, Design & Engineering (D&E), and Procurement teams. Ensure all departments operate on aligned business assumptions by gathering and reconciling development data from disparate sources into a "single source of truth." Support the collation of information underpinning Land Council discussions, ensuring risks and assumptions are clearly quantified and communicated. Data Management & Governance: Own the integrity and accuracy of the development portfolio database, ensuring real-time accessibility for the team. Support the implementation of the development team execution and strategy by managing the systems that underpin our risk and data management processes. Assist in translating complex terms, conditions, and obligations from agreements into actionable project data points that influence budgets, schedules, and contracts. Content Creation: Own the creation and maintenance of slide decks, templates and other presentation material used by the development team for internal and external audiences Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) Familiarity with document management systems, presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides) with strong formatting and visual design skill ESRI familiarity is preferred Advanced skills in AI software (eg. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) is required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or similar major Preferred: One to three years of analytical experience (engineering, finance, consulting, or similar field) Key Requirements Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights for decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and pull data from technical, financial, and construction colleagues. Process-Oriented: Experience in building workflows and managing information systems (e.g., databases, project management software). Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, auditing, and maintenance, particularly regarding contract obligations and budget inputs. Industry Knowledge: Preferred background in data center development, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Familiarity with real estate project lifecycles, permitting, and due diligence processes is highly desirable. Reports to: SVP, Development Location: San Francisco, CA (strongly preferred) Total Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (+ annual performance bonus)Beale offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
