# Contract Recruiter - virtual

The Recruiter is responsible for representing T-ROC to new candidates interested in Sales, Events, or Retail Overnights recruitment. You will review incoming applications, introduce candidates to the organizations core values and mission through phone interviews, determine team fit and schedules for Hiring Manager Interviews, and use data to better understand the candidate market and present that data to leadership. We seek candidates with two years of experience that are conversant with applicant tracking systems and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
