Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Responsible for thousands of partner growth, aiming to increase activeness, sales and retention. Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions. • Lead the team to manage the roll-out including but not limited to incentive policy, growth mission, partner community, email campaign, webinar and other incubation activities. • Work with the Product team and other cross-functions to optimize product uploading service, content production and user experience with robust product features and smooth experience in TikTok Commerce. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years experience in mass account management or mass incuation, experience of managing hundreds of partners is required. • Has experience in mass user or client management, familiar with key levels including but not limited to incentive policy, growth mission, community, email campaign, partner education etc. • Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people. • Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required. • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply. • Strong knowledge of the European commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus.
