The Role We're looking for a Paid Search & Paid Social Specialist to manage, optimize, and analyze performance campaigns across multiple clients. You'll work on both branding and performance objectives, owning campaigns end-to-end while supporting the execution of broader biddable media strategies and mentoring junior team members. What You'll Do Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns Execute Google Shopping and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns Manage Google Merchant Center and resolve product feed issues Analyze, optimize, and maintain product feeds Manage Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads campaigns Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client KPIs Support and guide junior team members when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social Strong experience with Google Shopping and Merchant Center Experience managing product feeds and ecommerce catalogs Knowledge of Google Display Network Dynamic Remarketing Experience with Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (or equivalent analytics platforms) Familiarity with SA360 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint and Word are a plus Professional working proficiency in English Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
