Role Description COMPETITIVE PAY: The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brockton, MA. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with sales and management teams to develop targeted outreach strategies. The specialist will communicate with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in scheduling appointments to drive showroom traffic. The role also involves tracking performance metrics and reporting on lead conversion and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to engage prospects, collaborate with team members, and present information clearly. Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and working with CRM tools. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries professionally, and support a positive client experience. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in business development, sales, or automotive retail; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools; and strong organizational and time-management skills.
