Purchasing Specialist

General Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect purchasing and procurement activities. Knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation management, price analysis, and purchasing processes. Experience with ERP/SAP systems. Good command of MS Office applications. Advanced English communication skills. Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented and result-driven approach. Basic knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. No travel restrictions; valid driver's license preferred. Job Description Manage material procurement and service purchasing. Conduct supplier research, evaluation, and selection activities. Collect quotations and perform price analysis. Create and monitor purchase orders through the ERP system. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance. Support cost reduction and optimization projects. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams. Monitor stock levels and plan procurement activities accordingly. Manage internal customer demands and order processes. Procure chemicals and other production-related materials. Follow industry trends and procurement best practices.
