To support Çalık Renewables’ international growth strategy by ensuring the effective, sustainable, and standardized execution of People & Culture processes across Türkiye and international operations. The incumbent will be responsible for executing end-to-end People & Culture processes, including Compensation & Benefits, organizational management, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations. The role requires strong expertise, particularly in international practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct salary benchmarking studies and develop, maintain, and update job evaluation frameworks and salary structures. Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits strategies while managing annual salary review and bonus processes. Prepare compensation cost analyses, evaluate the compensation impact of organizational changes, and support the People & Culture budgeting process. Prepare compensation analyses and decision-support reports for management. Coordinate payroll processes with outsourced payroll service providers. Manage international employee processes in collaboration with local consultants and external partners. Support internal audit and compliance processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Türkiye and international operations and establish recruitment processes for new country operations. Maintain organizational charts, job analyses, and job descriptions. Contribute to workforce planning initiatives. Coordinate performance management and goal-setting processes. Support talent assessment, career development, and succession planning initiatives. Monitor the implementation of employee development plans and ensure the effective use of digital learning platforms. Lead employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication activities. Ensure the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors and maintain the accuracy of organizational management data. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Lead HR digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives. Coordinate People & Culture practices across international operations. Collaborate with local consultants to ensure compliance with country-specific labor legislation and employment regulations. Support the implementation of global People & Culture standards. Coordinate international mobility processes. Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience. Strong hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits. Proven experience in compensation management, employee benefits, and salary benchmarking. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end People & Culture processes. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in international or multi-location organizations is preferred. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in the renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or project-based industries is considered an asset.
