Inside Sales Representative American Radiator — Des Moines, IA Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. American Radiator is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person who can build customer relationships, answer product questions, and help customers in the heavy-duty truck and equipment markets find the right parts. Responsibilities: Sell radiators, cooling system parts, and related components to new and existing customers Help customers by phone, email, and in person with product selection, pricing, and orders Prospect and reach out to potential customers to develop new business Follow up on quotes and open sales opportunities Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally Keep customers informed about new products and services Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM Required: Experience in sales, customer service, parts sales, or a related field Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to juggle multiple customer requests and work well with a team Preferred: Knowledge of the heavy-duty truck and construction equipment markets We're looking for someone who's open-minded, willing to learn, and ready to have fun while getting the job done.
