ICU Registered Nurse

Critical Care RN Provide evidence-based intensive care for high-acuity patients in an acute setting. Manage complex medications and advanced life-support devices while responding quickly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care and maintain established safety standards. Key Duties Assess, monitor, and intervene for critically ill patients Administer and manage complex medications Operate and oversee critical care devices and support systems Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff Educate and advocate for patients and families Support continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives Qualifications RN licensure and strong critical care/ICU experience Proficiency with complex medication administration and critical care equipment Strong clinical judgment, rapid response, and patient monitoring skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to evidence-based practice, education, and continuous improvement
