Strategic FP&A Role • Report directly into CFO and MD Apply here for the CT Office (they also have a NY office) Compensation: $175,000-300,000 (Commensurate with experience and performance) One of the most exciting and fastest growing PE firms invested in Asset Management, Luxury and Lifestyle, Insurance, Infrastructure, and Technology and Entertainment. Seeking a strategic FP&A professional and decision maker to provide analytical depth and financial insights to support senior leadership Ability to convert complex financial data into clear and actionable narratives for senior stakeholders Own the annual budgeting process and build and maintain integrated financial models Produce management reporting packages for the CFO, CEO and Board Serve as trusted finance partner to business unit leaders across investments, distribution and operations Support ad-hoc financial analyses for new product launches, M&A due diligence and strategic initiatives Drive automation REQUIREMENTS: 5-10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning experience; asset management or financial services exposure preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (three-statement models, scenario analysis, driver-based forecasting) Mature, dedicated, reliable, and professional, with a hands-on attitude and the willingness to perform all responsibilities required for success Familiarity with AUM-based revenue models, management fee economics, or fund-level accounting
