Senior Risk Control Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize risk control policies, processes, and monitoring frameworks. Monitor user activities, deposits, withdrawals, and trading behavior to identify fraud, abuse, and suspicious transactions. Investigate risk cases and coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams on mitigation actions. Establish and improve transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and account security controls. Monitor market manipulation risks, including abnormal trading activities and account misuse. Prepare risk reports, analyze trends, and recommend control enhancements. Lead and mentor the local risk control team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. 5+ years of experience in Risk Control, Fraud Prevention, AML, Compliance, or related fields. Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred. Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, fraud risk, and operational risk management. Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Native Turkish and professional English proficiency. Team management experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or digital asset platform. Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, and blockchain transaction monitoring. Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or FRM.
