Requirement Engineering Specialist

We evaluate all applications fairly based on skills and experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Minimum three years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within Automotive Seating or Interior Systems. Minimum two years of experience in Requirement Management, Validation, Test Coordination and/or Test Center activities. Experience with PLM and Requirement Management tools such as Teamcenter or IBM DOORS is highly preferred. Good command of MS Office applications. English proficiency at B2 level or above. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical requirements and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders. Strong follow-up, reporting and communication skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Manage and track engineering requirements received through RFQs and customer portals, ensuring effective coordination with relevant teams. Collect, manage and maintain internal, external, regulatory and project-specific customer requirements within the Requirement Management system. Conduct structured benchmarking and comparison of customer specifications to identify differences, gaps, and potential risks. Migrate and maintain norms, standards and technical specifications within the PLM/Requirement Management database. Perform technical risk assessments throughout project phases and evaluate product compliance with defined requirements. Ensure the timely completion of Requirement Compliance workflows and report product-related technical risks through the requirement sign-off process. Support the implementation and coordination of Requirement Management, Simulation and Validation processes across projects. Generate and maintain risk assessments based on CAE, Validation Plans and Results. Conduct requirement maturity assessments at project gates and prepare related reports. Contribute to Gap Analysis and Lessons Learned activities. Support the development and continuous improvement of internal requirement management processes, procedures and documentation. Analyse engineering data and prepare regular progress, risk, and issue reports for management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective requirement management throughout the project lifecycle.
