# Account Management Associate

Platinum Coastal Group

Why this role exists: This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports customer relationships, account service, retention, and account development. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. A Typical Day May Include Meet and communicate with customers in person Coordinate requests and resolve routine account needs Maintain accurate account activity and follow-up Support relationship-building and account growth initiatives Who tends to thrive here: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided. Skills: management,growth initiatives,assistant manager,leadership,collaborative environment
