Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit

Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, as a Registered Nurse responsible for caring for patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis . Utilize skills including EKG interpretation, Central Line care, and bedside procedures . Provide compassionate care in a patient population with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 , working alongside PCNAs, Interns, Providers, PT, and OT . All units feature advanced technology like patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring . Responsibilities include critical thinking, delegating, and time management . Qualifications include current RN licensure in Ohio, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within six months .
