Key Account Executive Hybrid • Dallas, Texas, United States Base Salary: $105,000-$110,000 + uncapped commission The Opportunity: Join a globally connected company in the travel arrangements industry that combines expert personal service with innovative technology to simplify corporate travel. As an Account Executive, you will lead complex enterprise sales opportunities while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and win new business within the target corporate customer profile. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for opportunities ranging from $750,000 to $5 million. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key contacts and C-suite decision-makers. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline of up to 300 key prospects and actively manage 30-50 top accounts. Deliver results against established objectives, quotas, and key performance indicators. Use sales technology, including CRM and sales engagement tools, to maximize productivity and pipeline visibility. Apply solution-selling methodologies to uncover customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment. Must-Have Skills: Seven or more years of business-to-business sales experience, including recent B2B sales activity. Demonstrated achievement of at least 85% of annual quota over the past two years. Proven success managing complex sales cycles, demanding expectations, and large account portfolios. Strong prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills. Executive-level presentation, product demonstration, verbal, and written communication abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose business issues and develop effective solutions. Experience building strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multi-threaded sales strategies in collaboration with sales development teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, hotels, or related travel services. Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong. Experience selling technology-enabled customer service or travel solutions. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and solution selling. Experience adapting successfully within fast-growing and changing organizations. Consistent commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and peer support.
