Move Coordinator / Customer Service

Bisson Moving & Storage, located in Westbrook, ME, is seeking to add a Move Coordinator to assist our Customer Service Department in our household goods division. Bisson is a growth driven family-operated company. JOB SUMMARY: The Move Coordinator is responsible for managing household goods and commercial relocations for Bisson customers, including select Atlas and Military accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the entire moving process—from order initiation through completion—ensuring a seamless experience and high customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience required Experience with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications WORKING CONDITIONS: Office location in Westbrook Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
