About the Job At PaneraTech, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Ankara, Turkiye. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to support accurate and timely financial operations within our organization. This is a hybrid position (3 office days per week). • With our patented solution in the glass and steel industry, we help manufacturers make data-driven decisions using sensors, data, and AI. This results in longer asset campaigns safely with higher annual production Enabling the next generation of workers

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance ACCA or CPA qualification is preferred Knowledge of US GAAP reporting standards Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial control, and financial reporting Ability to prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial results and variances, and provide clear management reports Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks and Salesforce is a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for financial analysis and reporting Experience providing leadership within an accounting team Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset High attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the
