Responsibilities: Organize the identification development and delivery of sales and aftersales local trainning Build up sales and aftersales quality KPIs and create effective management sources Create effective cooperation with third parties for training and Quality scturtures Maintain training portal and developments Determine new cource modules in line with the needs of product launcments Prepare quailty procedures for sales and aftersales departments Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree or above in any field. Professional experience: minimum 5 years experience in automobile industry. Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities. Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through. Language requirement: English as working language. Location: İstanbul Anatolian side
