Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, providing compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and adolescents with behavioral health conditions. Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications and documenting care via EHR systems Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Supporting crisis stabilization efforts and educating patients and families Contributing to quality and safety initiatives within the hospital Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in behavioral health Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and support patient recovery
