RN - Orthopedic/Spine - Night Shift

Position: RN • Ortho/Spine Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Nights 7:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Monitors patient progress, documents observations, and delegates tasks appropriately. Collaborates effectively as a team member to achieve unit goals. Note: duties may vary by shift or unit. Qualifications: Current Illinois RN license CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred, with a plan to obtain if only associate degree held Skills and Experience: Critical thinking, patient assessment, delegation, teamwork, and familiarity with hospital policies.
