AccessNurse is a leading provider of medical call center solutions, offering 24/7 telephone nurse triage and answering services. The Patient Coordinator (PC) serves as the first point of contact for patient seeking emergency and non-emergency medical support from their provider. Essential Duties And Responsibilities In this role, you will: Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients Provide compassionate, empathetic support using guided scripting Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience Accurately document patient information and needs Prepare detailed reports for nurse triage teams What We Offer Full-time opportunities available (32 hours +). Base pay is $17.00 per hour. Additional pay incentives/shift differentials. Hiring for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Remote work schedule. Computer equipment provided. Paid training provided. REMOTE: NEXT TRAINING CLASS DATES Monday, October 26, 2026 thru Friday, October 30, 2026 9A-5P (EST) Monday, November 2, 2026 thru Friday, November 6, 2026 1P-9P (EST) 100% ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED, FUTURE CLASS DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic computer and typing skills Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent listening and comprehension skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Background and reference check required Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree Previous high-volume inbound call center experience Healthcare or medical-related experience Home Office Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions Ability to maintain a secure, confidential workspace What We Offer Full-time opportunities available (32 hours +). Base pay is $17.00 per hour. Additional pay incentives/shift differentials. Hiring for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Remote work schedule. Computer equipment provided. Paid training provided. Pay Base Pay is $17/hour +$1/hr shift differentials for evenings (3pm–11pm Mon–Thurs) +$3/hr shift differentials weekends +$1/hr for Bilingual English/Spanish speakers 1 Location Remote Working Level Full-Time
