The Patient Coordinator (PC) serves as the first point of contact for patient seeking emergency and non-emergency medical support from their provider. Essential Duties And Responsibilities In this role, you will: Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients Provide compassionate, empathetic support using guided scripting Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience Accurately document patient information and needs Prepare detailed reports for nurse triage teams What We Offer Full-time opportunities available (32 hours +).
