Civil Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal

Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal to join the team and provide comprehensive case support while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Provide comprehensive paralegal support throughout civil litigation and personal injury matters, from case intake through resolution. Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, court filings, medical records, exhibits, and trial materials. Assist with discovery, document collection and review, case preparation, legal and factual research, and preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation documents while communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff, manage multiple matters efficiently, and maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and high professional standards. Qualifications Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant supporting civil litigation and/or personal injury matters. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, pleadings, court filings, and case preparation. Strong legal research, writing, organizational, document management, and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication and client service skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used legal software and case management systems; paralegal certificate or relevant education preferred.
