Business Manager NF-04

This position is located within the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation's NAF Support Services Division. Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of Soldiers and their Families by providing essential support services and recreational activities that directly contribute to Soldier readiness and well-being. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
