# Sales Engineer – Istanbul (European Side)

We are looking for a "Sales Engineer – Istanbul (European Side)" for our customer. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets in the assigned region/market segment Identify potential customers, conduct field visits, and analyze requirements Prepare tailored technical solutions and quotations Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions Manage quotation, pricing, and negotiation processes Track project sales cycles from opportunity to delivery Record all activities, quotations, and feedback in CRM tools, and generate reports Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments, and provide insights Coordinate with after-sales service, training, and technical support teams Travel domestically and internationally as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or related fields 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial products / automation / process measurement Strong technical knowledge and ability to conduct customer presentations Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM software is an advantage Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Workforce İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd.Şti.Under the supervision of İşkur (Turkey Employment Organization), it is a private employment agency with license number 897 dates 24.12.2025
