Summary: Study the logistics market of the given area and provide feedback to management for operational reporting purposes. Seek new logistics partners and service providers in the given area. Build and foster strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators. Responsibilities: Responsible for successfully managing logistics operations by planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking domestic and international shipments. Provide essential technical support in managing any customer delivery or freight-related issues. Facilitate and provide support to the Sales and Operations teams in organizing product deliveries, coordinating with warehouse teams, and managing reverse logistics (returns) to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with supervisors and internal stakeholders to develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, cost targets, transit times) and assess transportation/storage needs. Respond to specific customer delivery requirements by researching, developing, and proposing optimal shipping solutions (air, sea, land, multimodal). Recommend improved logistics methods, packaging, or routing to customers and internal teams. Promote the efficiency of the Company’s supply chain. Support internal teams or customers who are planning or about to place orders that require logistics planning. Partner with other operational staff for inventory audits and shipment consolidation events. Proactively visit customer facilities or warehouse sites to resolve difficult logistics issues, such as damages, delays, or space constraints. Report work-related issues to the supervisor as required in a timely fashion. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A quick learner with hands-on experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination. Bachelor's diploma, equivalent or higher with 7+ years of experience in managing shipments (preferably related to industrial machinery, but not mandatory). Proven record of success in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain roles. Recent experience in warehouse or transportation management environments. Experience in B2B logistics operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. Strong listening skills to understand customers’ delivery needs and operational constraints. Computer skills related to the creation of reports, presentations, and managing ERP or TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Proficient at working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to travel as required (local and domestic) to visit warehouses, ports, or customer sites. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership skills. Highly organized. Meticulous attention to detail. English or Chinese + Turkish languages can be used as working languages. Additional Information: Applicants from neighboring cities can also be considered.
