Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on patient condition changes, and providing clinical supervision to CNA s and LPNs . The role requires implementing department programs, goals, policies, and procedures, demonstrating excellent customer service , maintaining a positive attitude towards patients, and collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team . Qualifications include a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), current RN licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification . Preferred experience includes at least one year of skilled nursing . Skills valued are reasoning, good judgment, and effective communication . The role emphasizes adherence to legal standards and organizational policies to promote patient well-being.
