Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing holistic, evidence-based care within a faith-based, nonprofit health system. Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive nursing care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. Administering medications and monitoring patient health status. Assessing patient conditions and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Educating patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care. Supporting discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. Upholding safety, quality standards, and fostering a culture of compassionate, patient-centered service. Qualifications And Skills Licensed RN with current, valid licensure. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to providing compassionate, whole-person care aligned with Christian values. Ability to educate and support patients and families effectively.
