MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 3-5 years or more in an electrical/electronics design role. Must be a current practitioner. Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems Advanced mathematical skills Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability work independently and part of a team Detail-oriented and organized Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER Responsibilities: Design and development electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards Manage engineering projects and deliver them on-time Work with renewable energy sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement necessary repairs or modifications Monitor maintenance and inspection plans Conduct research on emerging electrical technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety and performance Document design specifications, procedures, and test results for future reference Additional Information Medical/Dental offered 401k match at 7% (fully vested by year 5) Stock offerings: 20% discount on stock once a year, company will match up to 10 shares 3 weeks PTO 10 holidays 1 floating holiday Unlimited sick time Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
