Develops pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness in the fast fashion e-commerce market. Secures evaluation of yarn/fabric unit costs, material consumption, and CMT costs Ensures time and methods-based analysis for cutting, stitching, ironing, and secondary processing costs. Negotiates with suppliers for cost savings by closing the gap between target prices vs supplier offer. Generates country intelligence reports to review macroeconomic drivers such as FX exchange rate, inflation, raw Material trends, energy costs, etc. to calculate the impact on garment cost. Streamlines systems and processes (Tableau, PLM, etc.) to improve workflow. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Strong experience in apparel costing, pricing, sourcing, or product development , preferably within fast fashion, e-commerce, or retail . Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric/yarn costing, material consumption, CMT, SMV/SAM, time and method studies, and production processes. Proven ability to develop pricing strategies that support margin targets, competitiveness, and business growth. Experience leading or managing a pricing, costing, sourcing, or merchandising team . Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors, mills, and manufacturing partners. Ability to analyze target prices vs. supplier offers and identify cost-saving opportunities. Good knowledge of macroeconomic factors affecting garment costs, including FX rates, inflation, raw material prices, energy costs, labor costs , and country-specific sourcing conditions. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data and provide actionable business recommendations. Proficiency in Excel ; experience with Tableau, PLM systems, ERP systems , or other reporting/costing tools is highly preferred. Strong understanding of apparel sourcing regions, supplier capabilities, and global supply chain dynamics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English communication skills; Chinese language skills are a plus. What do we offer?
