Oversee asset permissions, access and distribution across internal teams and external partners. Partner with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce and other teams to make assets easy to locate and use. Maintain records of campaign associations, product information, usage rights and expiration dates where applicable. Establish archival standards and support the cleanup, migration and optimization of existing asset libraries. Serve as a key resource for questions about asset location, availability, organization and usage. Workflow & Process Optimization Build scalable workflows connecting photography, retouching, digital asset management and final distribution.
