# Occupational Therapist - Full Time

The VIOS Clinic

Join a home health occupational therapy team focused on delivering personalized, one-on-one care to help patients live independently in their homes. Responsibilities Include Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of mobility, coordination, strength, and functional abilities. Administering and interpreting tests to establish functional goals and outcomes. Creating and updating treatment plans, documenting progress, and modifying goals as needed. Delivering occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders. Participating in discharge planning and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Collaborating with healthcare teams, physicians, and families to coordinate care. Ensuring accurate documentation to meet policy and payer requirements. Supervising supporting personnel (e.g., OT Assistants, Home Health Aides) where applicable. Completing OASIS assessments within scope of practice. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist. Valid CPR certification and driver's license.
