What Does a Senior Marketing Science Analyst The Senior Marketing Science Analyst plays a key role in advancing Swire Coca-Cola's marketing science and commercial analytics capabilities. Through the application of data, analytics, and business intelligence, this role measures marketing effectiveness, evaluates commercial performance, identifies growth opportunities, and supports strategic decision-making. Partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization, the Senior Marketing Science Analyst delivers insights, reporting, and analytical solutions that help optimize investments, improve customer engagement, and drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end research, analysis, reporting, and prescriptive optimization initiatives that support strategic decision-making and eCommerce execution across the Strategy & Planning organization. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights into commercial, marketing, category, sales execution, and business planning performance. Design and execute advanced analyses to identify growth opportunities, business risks, consumer trends, customer insights, and operational improvement opportunities. Support marketing effectiveness measurement through data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting related to ROI measurement, incrementality analysis, customer segmentation, demand generation, and other advanced analytics initiatives. Partner closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to design, maintain, and enhance scalable analytics solutions that support Swire Coca-Cola's enterprise source of truth. Develop, maintain, and optimize data models within Snowflake and Power BI to ensure analytical accuracy, usability, performance, and governance. Support retailer outlet segmentation, demand space identification, eB2B analytics, preload analytics, and other strategic analytics initiatives. Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects supporting strategic planning, annual business planning, customer discussions, and cross-functional decision-making. Manage project timelines, priorities, requirements, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent analytics initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree STEM, Statistics, Data Science, or Information Systems required Master's Degree STEM, Statistics, Data Science, or Information Systems preferred 2+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, planning, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role required 1+ years proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization required 2+ years experience with SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and validating large datasets required 2+ years experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake required 2+ years experience with R and/or Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling preferred 1+ years experience within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical modeling techniques.
